Traineeship

Within this Traineeship you will learn a lot about Human Resources, but you are also open for experiences in other fields, departments, subjects and activities. You get enthusiastic about new experiences and workplaces, and that’s why you think it’s awesome to have six different projects of three months each in different organisations. Because you are going to have at least two projects abroad (within Europe) you speak English fluently.

You are motivated to do this Traineeship because on the one hand you want to gain knowledge and experience about HR, and on the other hand you like to learn more about different areas and functionalities of the Aalberts organisation.

Your challenge as trainee

As a Trainee it is your challenge to get to a better insight in the organisation within three months, so you will be able to deliver a good end result of the project which is applicable for the organization. You need to manage your own project. To be able to do this, you will need to establish a lot of contacts within the organisation. With your persuasion and presentations skills you are able to convince people of your ideas, to realise that your ideas will also be implemented.

You recently finished a master and are enthusiastic to start your career as a HR-professional. You want to develop yourself as a proactive HR professional. You are able to work independently, you are a self-starter. You embrace new challenges, and you quickly adapt to new environments.

Furthermore we ask of you as a HR Trainee:
  • bachelor or master in the direction of HRM;
  • maximum of 2 year work experience;
  • prepared to work at different organizations (including abroad);
  • affinity with technical organizations;
  • availability of 40 hours per week.

What do we offer as HR Trainee within Aalberts?

A very unique chance to develop as a professional. You will going to work in different organizations within the world concern Aalberts, where you will gain a lot of knowledge and experiences about HR and (the organizations of) Aalberts. There is also attention for your personal development and you will meet with your peers on a regular base. We offer you a fixed contract for 1,5 year (6 projects of 3 months) with a salary of € 2.800,- gross per month. After our mutual investment we strive to offer you a permanent contract in one of our companies.
